Our Investment Opportunity

Seed Round to Close
Early December 2026.

As funghi grow, they naturally produce organic acids. When those acids come into contact with mine tailings, they dissolve the metals locked inside — metals that expensive conventional processes often can’t reach.

We grow our funghi on waste. From Colorado to Kalgoorlie, Toronto to Tennant Creek, Oslo to Orange – Waste material is everywhere, cheap and locally available, and the perfect food for our funghi.

Myco Metals expects to qualify as an Early Stage Innovation Company (ESIC), providing Australian investors with potential tax offsets under Division 360 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.

Why it matters

Trillions in metal value sit above ground, locked and unrecovered.

The world needs more critical and precious metals, yet an estimated US$3.4 trillion in metal value already sits in legacy tailings and mine waste stockpiles. Much of this material is too low-grade for conventional fixed-plant processing, and on many sites, environmental or regulatory restrictions rule out cyanide or high-intensity acid leaching altogether.

Those same stockpiles are a growing liability: an ongoing environmental and rehabilitation cost for mine owners and governments.

Myco Metals turns that liability into a revenue stream — with a low-capex, on-site process that recovers metal value while contributing to remediation, without trucking material to a central plant and without harsh reagents.

Why Invest

Eight reasons to back Myco Metals.

01

Critical minerals tailwinds

Strong policy and capital support for secure, domestic critical-mineral supply in Australia, the United States and Europe.

02

ESG credentials

A low-emission, circular, nature-based solution which reduces mine pollution by extracting metals.

03

Proven science, unique technology

Nutrient cycling of funghi is known science, we have engineered it for metal recovery.

04

A differentiated go-to-market

We target sites where conventional methods are restricted, so we are not competing head-to-head with incumbent processing.

05

Capital-light model

Containerised, modular units rather than fixed plant.

06

Dual revenue logic

Metal recovery value plus remediation value for asset owners and governments.

07

Experienced founder and board

Exploration, biology, metallurgy and remediation expertise from day one.

08

Tax incentives for Australian investors

Myco Metals expects to qualify as an Early Stage Innovation Company (ESIC).
